credit issues, overall file progress, credit bureau report information, account
billing status, or credit restoration strategies with: Real Estate Owners, Brokers,
Mortgage Companies, Commercial Lenders, Private Banking Institutions, Attorneys,
Realtors, Landlords, Relatives, Employees or any Third Party Agent without a Notarized
Authorization Statement.
Third Party Agents that request any type of disclosure of information verbally or by
documentation from DPMC Consulting / DPMCUSA must submit an Original Notarized Authorization Statement signed by our client(s).
The statement must specifically say "The 3rd Party has "Full Authorization"
to discuss credit reporting issues with DPMC Consulting / DPMCUSA".
If the Notarized Statement is not submitted, the 3rd Party Agent will be informed that their
request is a violation of Federal & State Mandated Confidentiality Laws.
It is also a direct violation of our Client Confidentiality Policy.
Third Parties are to contact the client(s) directly for these requests, and should
not be referred to DPMC Consulting / DPMCUSA unless the Notarized Authorization has been forwarded.
All unauthorized requests for confidential information
will not be honored. A client(s) verbal authorization will not be considered acceptable, or as a
substitute to the Notarized Authorization Statement. Clients are also responsible for any invoiced billing(s) as a
result of phone conversations with Third Party Agents.
Please Be Advised:
A Third Party Authorization Statement does not constitute any Legal Power of Attorney or Durable Power of Attorney.
It does not designate or appoint the 3rd Party as a Legal Representative of any DPMCUSA client and is not to be misconstrued as such.
This Authorization is only for the "Limited Release" of our client(s) confidential information to the 3rd Party on specific credit related issues only.
The 3rd Party cannot contractually, legally or ethically act as a replacement or substitution for the client.
The DPMCUSA Service Contract and client obligations also can not be assigned to the 3rd Party.
There will be no exceptions to this policy.
